Mayland Properties Sdn Bhd.

Mayland, a Hong Kong-based developer, has by now been recognized as a serviced residence developer. It has completed and will complete many serviced residences in KLCC, Mont Kiara and Sri Hartamas. Other serviced residences by the developer are Parkview, Windsor Tower, Waldorf Tower, and the upcoming Plaza Damas 3.

Despite disappointments from their previous condominium such as Sri Putramas I on Jalan Kuching, Regalia could potentially be a great investment, due to its strategic location, and bold concepts. However, most studio units do not come with parking spaces, where one has to buy separately. But who needs parking spaces when there is plenty of public transports nearby.

Location can be an encouraging factor to buy a unit at Regalia. There is a also an abandoned flyover built halfway, which connects Jalan Kuching straight right to Regalia. The developer claims that the abandoned flyover will be resume when Regalia is completed. Considering the traffic congestion on Jalan Kuching, it would be difficult to go in and out of this residence without the flyover.

Regalia would be best for existing expatriates staying in Villa Putera and Villa Puteri to upgrade to a newer abode. They could just walk to their office nearby without ever needing a car, and hit the fitness center after work, all within walking distance.
